Example of Doc.flex PRO exercise program

By using the core functions of the existing 7 types of Doctor Flex, a ballet bar or flying yoga hammock, and a Pilates Cadillac ring, you can maximize the use of a wide range of classes and individual exercises. 

Purpose:

  • Increase flexibility of inner thigh muscle

  • Increase flexibility of hip muscle

  • Increase flexibility of iliopsoas muscle

  • Increase flexibility of upper back

  • Increase flexibility of shoulder muscle

Musculoskeletal:

  • Adductor longus / Adductor brevis / Adductor magnus

  • Pectineus / Hamstring / Iliopsoas 

  • Upper trapezius / deltoid / serratus anterior

Purpose:

  • Increase strength of lower body

  • Increase strength of lower body balance

Musculoskeletal:

  • Gluteus maximus / Quadriceps / Hamstrings
